All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our stained glass art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted by hand, making every item unique.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
